In a crowded space like food and drink, how do you become the trusted resource for wine drinkers everywhere, whether it’s a special occasion, cultural moment or a Tuesday evening drinking wine on the sofa?

how we changed the perspective

Working in partnership with Vivino, we developed its brand strategy, articulating the brand’s purpose and mission, building out core narratives that would feed into the global comms strategy and share a vision for how Vivino could deliver on its mission to open up the world of wine to everyone. From there, we set about leveraging Vivino’s decade of wine data and AI technology to raise the brand’s profile amongst UK consumers.

Our UK comms strategy and plan focused on building relationships with key consumer lifestyle journalists and influencers, tapping into cultural moments such as the Jubilee celebrations, summer holidays, Christmas and New Year. We generated coverage in top tier publications such as Mail Online, City AM, The Guardian, BBC London Radio, across regional titles and amongst target influencers, helping to drive new user sign-ups and sales via its marketplace.
